Burgh Castle - Ghost sightings/ stories:
There are countless ghost/ monster stories revolving around Burgh Castle. for example, the "Hell Hound" is the most popular; he is a very popular myth of Norfolk, most notably Great Yarmouth.
In fact there is already a ghost documentary on Burgh Castle, in which they speak of how once a year you can hear knights fighting in the ruins.

The initial consideration for costing was very cheap, as Burgh Castle is open for free to everyone 24-7, and we didn't have any cost of travelling there as we walked. Overall, all we needed was a good camera which costed around 300 pounds, but we already owned one, so essentially this whole documentary costed nothing.
The UK laws on filming in public are "Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph inpublic places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel."
But we must get people to sign their name and agree that they allow us to put them in our documentary for any amount of time if they are in it.
I do not have to worry about Libel or Defamation as everything I have said and done is unaltered and completely real, and any claims that it is not, will be proven wrong with my evidence and witnesses.
I am not risking any infringement from the Ofcom Broadcasting Code as I have obeyed every single rule and code. And I am certain of this.
From the Viewer Trust Guidelines , I have a few points I'd like to highlight-
This one may be a possible problem as some of the events in my documentary could be seen as fake, this is because there is no certain way of proving what happened in my Documentary is fact and unedtited.
Similarly, this is another possible threat - as everything in the documentary is 100% unedited and factual, but some viewers may be more skeptical and believe it's misleading, hence causing some possible problems.
